Language - the way people communicate verbally and in writing. Common Values - what a person(s) believes to be important. Government - leadership & structure - make and enforce the rules of a society. Traditions - customs passed down through generations (beliefs, religion, rituals, celebrations, practices). Literature - novels, poems, epics, etc. Art Visual Art - painting, drawing, photography, sculpture Performance Art - music, dance, singing Lifestyles - how people live their day to day life. Migration – when people move from one place to another. Cultural Diffusion (caused by migration) - occurs when parts of one culture spreads and becomes part of another culture.
